Regional Squad
Regional Squad Classes are for athletes who compete at regional competitions that are aiming to qualify for Nationals. These classes include conditioning and flexibility exercises. Athletes who take part in these classes are expected to commit to 2 training sessions a week.
Class Duration: 1.5 hours
Class Times:
Monday 16:00- 17:30
Tuesday 16:00- 17:30
Thursday 16:00- 17:30
Sunday 9:00-10:30 (under 11’s)
Sunday 10:30- 12:00 (11+)
