Bounce and Burn

Bounce and Burn classes are aimed at adults who are looking for a new and inventive way to get fit. The class will focus on cardio fitness along with basic flexibility work and toning exercises.
Class Duration: 1 hour
Class Times: Saturday 15:00-16:00
